Designs

ITEM design team is experienced in handling design matters before Slovenian Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM), as well as in design litigation proceedings before Slovenian courts. With its network of associates, ITEM renders full range of design related services, including enforcement also in Balkan countries (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania).
